 At Junk Direct, we keep pricing simple, transparent, and fair — because you should only pay for the space your junk actually takes up.

Volume-Based Pricing

Our pricing is calculated by the volume of junk you need removed, measured by how much space your items occupy in the 16 foot Trailer. We use a 16' Dump Trailer as our unit of measurement, and your price is determined by what fraction of that trailer your load fills.

Think of it like this: if your items take up a quarter of the trailer, you pay for a quarter-load. Half the trailer, half-load pricing. A full trailer load covers the maximum amount we can haul in a single trip. There are no hidden fees, no charges by weight, and no surprises when we arrive.

Our Load Tiers

We offer several common load sizes to give you a clear estimate upfront:

• Minimum Load — A small pile of items, typically the equivalent of a few boxes or a single piece of furniture.
• Quarter Load — Great for clearing out a closet, a few appliances, or a small room's worth of items.
• Half Load — Ideal for garage cleanouts, estate items, or a moderate accumulation of household junk.
• Three-Quarter Load — Perfect for larger projects like basement or attic cleanouts.
• Full Load — Our best value for complete home cleanouts, renovation debris, or large commercial jobs.

How We Estimate Your Load

When our crew arrives, they'll assess your items on-site and give you a firm, no-obligation quote before any work begins. We're upfront about what tier your load falls into, so you always know what you're paying before we lift a finger. If your load falls between tiers, we'll always round in your favor.

What's Included

Every load includes labor, loading, hauling, and responsible disposal or donation of eligible items — all at no extra charge. No fuel surcharges, no disposal fees tacked on at the end.
